I hope you get to know me a little bit better through this site.
Come and stay a while!
I am excited to share some of my coursework from my Digital Communications course.
This assignment allowed me to explain the role of audience analysis in digital communication and why it is imperative to always begin with the intended audience in mind.
In this assignment I planned one week of social media content for two separate brands, representing different types of organizations and reflected on the approaches used and principled applied.
This assignment let me shift from strategist to creator. I stepped into the role of an influencer with one million followers and selected a brand pitch to execute, creating authentic, Gen Z–focused posts that use strong hooks and platform‑appropriate visuals.
This assignment let me act as a digital consultant by building a strategic plan to help a C‑suite executive grow an authentic online presence. I selected a major brand, outlined platform and content strategy, defined communication guidelines, established guardrails to protect against risk, and created a high‑level 90‑day plan.
This assignment introduced me to emerging media by having me create a podcast idea and an infographic about how online media is changing. I focused on understanding the audience, building a clear and ethical brand, and explaining new trends—like podcasts and YouTube news—in a simple, visual way.
This assignment had me analyze competitors within a specific industry to understand how leading brands use digital advertising strategically. I researched three competitors in the foot care and orthotics space, reviewed their ads across major platforms, and evaluated their visuals, messaging, and tactics to determine which strategies were most effective and why.
